ORDER

Q1. How can I make an order?

Click the “Buy” button of the item and enter the number of purchase unit. Then fill in the details like the billing and recipient information etc and click the “Confirm Order” button. An order will be created and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Q2. How do I pay for the order?

We accept Paypal, T/T Bank Transfer, Western Union, Bank Deposit. Customers paying via T/T Bank Transfer are responsible for all bank T/T charges and should make payment equal to the total purchase amount without deductions.

SHIPPING

Q3. What is the shipping method?

 We recommend using Postal Service Air Parcel or EMS (aka Speedpost). 

Q4. How much will be the shipping fee?

The shipping cost of your order depends on several different factors including your address, order weight, packing measurement, etc.  Please refer to the "Shipping & Return" section for estimating the shipping fee.

Q5. How can I trace my package?

We will provide a Hong Kong Post tracking number after the shipment. Please trace the package with this number either with your country's Post Office or this site http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp .

In case the package is returned due to the fault of customer, e.g. customer provide wrong address or addressee not available to pick up, customer is responsible for all the re-delivery cost.

Q6. When can I receive my package?

Assuming no custom clearance delay, normally your package will reach within the following delivery standard:

- EMS (Speedpost) : 2 - 7 working days
- Air Parcel : 7 - 14 working days
- Registered Air Mail : 7 - 14 working days

Q7. Can I insure my goods?

You may insure the goods you order by paying a premium. Please email our Customer Service Department at cs@locushk.com as soon as your order is accepted. We will advise you the premium to be settled in addition to the purchase amount and shipping cost.


Q8. How will the goods be declared?

For customs declaration purpose and timely clearance, we will declare the full invoice amount excluding shipping cost and insurance premium and mark items as "Plastic Scale Models" on all shipping document. If you have any question or special instruction, please email to our Customer Service Department at cs@locushk.com .
 

ORDER CANCELLATION


Q9. Can I cancel my order?

In principal, confirmed order is final and cancellation is not accepted. Please contact us if you have any problem with the order. 

We reserve our right to remove membership and outstanding orders for member repeatedly cancel orders.
 

Q10. Why my order is cancelled?

Apart from the Q9 above, your order may be cancelled under the following circumstances:-

- the product release has been cancelled, or we have a supply shortage from the distributor.

- we fail to receive payment, or no response to our payment request,

- we fail to get a reply from you for our enquiry of payment, shipment or address confirmation etc.
