Shipping

It is our first priority to ship your order upon receipt of full payment plus any applicable shipping.

Hong Kong SAR (local) Shipping

Shipping is FREE within Hong Kong SAR territory for order amount of HKD300 & up. We use S.F. Express’ Service and delivery takes around 1-2 days.  Customer can choose to pickup from S.F. Express’ Service Centers or S.F. Stores for convenience.  

We do not have retail shop and self pick-up service is not provided.

International (overseas) Shipping  

We ship to most countries using Hongkong Post. Since shipping cost depends on your address, product weight, packing measurement and level of service required, our system is unable to automatically suggest fee at the time of check-out.  We will advise you the most cost-effective service in our order confirmation email. 

New customer can estimate shipping using Hongkong Post's online postage calculator, steps as follow:

1. obtain the unit weight by clicking the product image

2. sum up all the weight of your perspective products

3. add 0.5kg (for ~1 to 3 items) or 1 kg (for 4 items or up) for carton box and packing material, depending on the item(s) weight and size in your order

4. go to Hongkong Post website

4.1 select your destination, input shipping weight and click the “submit” button

4.2 if shipping weight is below 2kg AND e-Express service is available, please select this most cost-effective option.  Otherwise select either Air Registered Mail or Air Parcel service

4.3 if shipping weight is above 2kg, please select either Air Parcel or Speedpost (EMS) service

Tracking Your Package

We will provide a tracking number after the shipment. Please trace the package with this number at your country's Post Office or Hongkong Post’s website. 

Shipment to S.F. Stores can be traced at S.F. Express Hong Kong's website.

Customs Declaration 

For the purpose of timely clearance, please mark your customs declaration instruction, i.e. gift without invoice OR merchandise with commercial invoice AND value on the order.  

We are not responsible for applicable sales taxes, VAT and customs duties.  Please pay to your local authorities.
